The Oklahoma Caregiver Coalition (OCC) features a network of government, business, nonprofit, faith-based organizations, and individuals (Partners) whose mission is to improve the supports and experiences over the lifespan of caregivers through education, advocacy, and access to resources. To further its mission, OCC hosts the OKCares.org website. The goal of the OKCares.org website is to bridge the gaps between state services and those provided by the local community to ensure all caregivers have access to resources that will enable them to continue their caregiving role. Staying healthy and active while providing care for a loved one with special needs can sometimes be challenging. With your partnership, together, we can help.
How Does Partnering Impact Your Organization?
Are you an individual, organization, or a nonprofit agency that currently provides resources to Oklahoma caregivers? Would caregivers benefit from your services or programs? If so, we would love to have your partnership! By shining a light on the resources and supports you offer, together, we can give caregivers and their loved ones the knowledge and tools needed to equip them to be as healthy, secure, fulfilled, and independent as possible. When you become a Partnering Entity with the OCC, and are linked on the OKCares.org website, you can benefit in many ways by creating opportunities to engage your employees more deeply in their communities, expand your network, educate a new populous on the resources you provide, and ultimately grow your clientele.
